Todd Oosting - Chairman, Shareholder
Todd Oosting has been a key member of the CD Barnes Construction team since 1996 and now serves as Chairman of the company. In this role, Todd provides strategic oversight and guidance, drawing on decades of industry experience to support the company’s long-term vision and continued growth.
Throughout his tenure, Todd has overseen a wide range of responsibilities including contract negotiations, land acquisition, development, consulting, property management, and the company’s sales and marketing programs. Prior to joining CD Barnes, he served as General Manager of Operations at Terrace Point Development Group, a subsidiary of SPX Corporation.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College and a Certification in Plans and Specifications from the Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. His deep knowledge of the construction and development industry continues to be a valuable asset to the organization.
