After twenty years of great success with their Uccello’s franchise, the owners launched a new restaurant concept; a trendy upscale fast casual pizzeria. The new restaurant, called Herb & Fire Pizzeria, features an Italian look, feel, and flavor. Located at the corner of Ivan rest and 44th Street in Grandville, the high traffic location is a prime spot for shoppers visiting the surrounding stores. Herb & Fire’s suite features an entry vestibule, a dining room, restrooms, a walk-in cooler, kitchen, and prep area.
