In the summer of 2014, CD Barnes was awarded a multiphase Construction Management project for Westmont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The roughly six-million-dollar project consisted of both renovations and additions to the existing facility. New construction included a two-story addition. The firstfloor combined administrative offices, a patient dining room, a library/activity room, handicap accessible restrooms, and an extensive therapy unit with an indoor therapy pool. The second floor features a large activity space for the second-floor residents. Throughout the project our team worked closely with the owner to ensure the safety, security, and uninterrupted quality of life for residents, staff, and visitors.
