CD Barnes built this modern, three-story senior independent living facility, offering 100 units as a result of an ARRA grant through the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. The facility offers its residents first-class amenities such as a movie theater, hair salon, library, computer room, and game room with fitness center. All of this has been beautifully situated in a park-like setting along a serene pond.
