We are currently expanding the Meadow Stone Apartment complex in Hastings, MI, with the construction of three new buildings, adding 44 additional units. As part of this development, we are enhancing the natural landscape by incorporating a pergola and introducing a community clubhouse in one of the new buildings. The existing complex consists of six buildings, offering a variety of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The property owner is committed to sustainable living, incorporating energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, water-saving plumbing fixtures, and LED lighting throughout the development.
