CD Barnes Construction was selected as the general contractor for The Ravines at Porter Hills, a premier senior living development located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The 26 custom townhome facility was thoughtfully designed to provide residents with a modern, comfortable, and community-focused living environment, while supporting the evolving needs of independent and assisted living lifestyles.

CD Barnes managed the full construction of the new residential building, including site work, infrastructure, and all vertical construction. The project features a combination of spacious apartment-style units and shared community spaces, such as dining areas, fitness and wellness rooms, lounges, and walking paths—all tailored to enhance the daily living experience of residents.
