CD Barnes was selected as the Construction Manager for a high-end multi-family development in Cascade. The Ridges of Cascade is Grand Rapids’ premier apartment community—offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Each unit features an attached garage, private entrance, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, bar/island kitchens, and a private balcony/patio. Tenants also have access to an upscale clubhouse with pool. The project was strategically phased to allow immediate occupancy following the completion of each building.
