​CD Barnes Construction was selected by Elite Baseball and Softball Training to construct their new 47,700 square foot teaching facility at 5920 Clyde Park Avenue in Wyoming, Michigan. The project brought the premier baseball and softball training facility in the State of Michigan. Construction of the new facility began in November of 2013, continued through the winter months and completed in mid-July of 2014. The exterior is comprised of a pre-engineered metal building with split face masonry along the front of the building. The vast, open interior includes 38 foot ceilings to accommodate the batting cages and playing fields. Other features include a concession area, pro shop and staff offices.
