Ramblewood Apartments in Grand Rapids is a large community consisting of nearly 1200 rental units. To meet the needs of current residents and improve amenities, we constructed a new 10,000 sf structural steel building which included their leasing offices, co-working spaces, open clubhouse space and fitness center. In addition, we added a 20 x 40 outdoor pool area, grills, firepits, a new playground and pavilion as well as 2 pickleball courts. Even though we had a few erosion issues with the existing landscape we were able to seamlessly blend the new site with the surrounding landscape and trees.
