Holland’s new On The Border Mexican Grill and Cantina makes it West Michigan’s third location for the Dallas-based restaurant chain. The restaurant, which was part of the multi-million dollar redevelopment of the Westshore Mall into The Shops at Westshore, added 130 full and part-time positions to the local workforce. Construction on the approximately one-and-a-half-acre site included site work and utilities, landscaping, masonry, concrete flooring, metal roofing, metal studs and drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Rustic southwestern finishes compliment the restaurant’s cowboy-casual atmosphere.
