Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s largest integrated provider of products and services for individuals undergoing dialysis due to chronic kidney failure. CD Barnes Construction was pleased to partner with Fresenius on this project and we look forward to more in the future. The project consisted of renovating a vacant space at the corner of Callander Drive and 43rd Street in Grand Rapids. The center consists of sixteen dialysis stations, three private treatment rooms, office space, a staff lounge and locker area, nurse’s station and conference room. The interior of the building boasts warm color selections and highly detailed finishing; giving the center an inviting atmosphere. A vigorous schedule and a dedicated team led to completing the project, start to finish, in just three months.
