CD Barnes was thrilled to have been selected by Isabella County to complete the addition to their senior care facility. Because of vital healthcare needs provided by the hospital, our team developed a rigorous schedule for construction to ensure a timely completion of the addition. The project included the demolition of an existing one-story building to make way for the new addition. The structural elements of the addition were constructed out of CMU bearing walls, steel columns and beams and pre-cast floor panels. The interior of the addition includes high-end finishes with an additional 18 patient rooms, family rooms and kitchens.
