Sustainability was one of the top goals of this project. As such, the building was designed with lighting occupancy sensors, air quality monitoring systems, and thermostatic mixing valves at water outlets. Moreover, low or no VOC paints, adhesives, and other materials were used for construction. Safety accessories were also installed including cameras, a fingerprint entry system, gate alarms, and safety door jambs that prevent children from accidental finger pinching.
