After working in a shared professional building for a number of years, Dr. Erik Lee decided it was time to build the dental office of his dreams with the help of CD Barnes Construction. Although Dr. Lee’s office changed locations with a potential of attracting new patients, they remained in the same township in an effort to retain his established client base. Unique to the project was the use of a helical pier foundation system due to the property’s poor soil conditions. This system utilizes large earth-like screws that are drilled into the ground until they are stable enough to build on. The interior design selections bring both a modern style and natural element to the office’s refreshing atmosphere.
