CD Barnes Construction partnered with Priority Health, one of Michigan’s leading health insurance providers, to renovate and modernize their corporate offices located at 1231 East Beltline NE in Grand Rapids. The project focused on creating a functional, flexible, and wellness-driven workspace that reflects Priority Health’s commitment to innovation and employee well-being. The interior renovation included open office environments, collaborative meeting spaces, and technology-integrated conference rooms, all designed to enhance connectivity and productivity. Upgraded finishes, lighting, and mechanical systems were implemented to improve both energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
