Grand Rapids, Michigan, October 14, 2019 – Rogers Glass out of Battle Creek has been selected as CD Barnes Construction’s 4th quarter of 2019’s Key to Our Success Award winner. The company was nominated for their work on the Flexfab renovation project in Hastings. “It’s more than just the simple pizza party most general contractors do for their subcontractors,” explained CD Barnes’ Marketing Coordinator, Ellen Frey. “We really want to make sure our contractors feel appreciated when they take the extra steps to make a project a success,” noted Ellen.

Nominating Rogers Glass for the award was CD Barnes’ Project Manager and Site Manager for the Flexfab project, Tom Berry and Pete Heinen, respectively. Tom and Pete cited Rogers’ professionalism, communication, quality of work, and commitment to CD Barnes’ safety programs as reasons for the nomination of the award. Furthermore, Tom noted, “whenever we had progress meetings, Rogers Glass was there to provide updates and solutions to any issues that arose.” He continued, “Rogers Glass was on point with scheduling, their team was positive and always solution-driven.”
