USF Holland – Holland Freight Terminal

Holland, MIThis multi-phase project included a sizable renovation of the existing 25,000 SF corporate headquarter space and the addition of another 25,000 SF. A 12,000 SF records storage building was also part of the increased building footprint. The building’s exterior was transformed using a combination of glass, brick and exterior insulation finishing systems. To complete the renovation, a comprehensive site-scape redesign included new parking facilities, ramps and driveways for trucks and trailers creating fluid work-spaces.
