Grandville, Harper Woods & Muskegon, MIThe retailer Sears entrusted CD Barnes Construction to complete several of their locations in Michigan. Two of the stores were anchors in existing malls, and one was a one-of-a-kind prototype store. In addition to the department stores, each location included an automotive center. Scheduling of the construction was strategically planned in phases which allowed the team to focus on the exterior and interior independently.
