Kiddie U Preschool

CD Barnes Construction was pleased to bring a combination daycare facility and retail center to Mattawan, a growing suburb of Kalamazoo. The preschool which offers full daycare, half-day preschool, and after school programs for children 0-12 years, occupies 5,400 square feet of the total 15,700 square foot building.

The completion of this building not only met the needs of this growing community by offering an additional option for childcare, but also by creating leasable space for tenants looking to set up shop in the area.
