Kentwood, MIThe Kentwood Department of Public Works was a Design/Build project consisting of a primary office building and secondary maintenance facilities. The office building was constructed with wood truss roof framing with exterior split faced masonry. The maintenance facilities were erected using CECO’s pre-engineered building systems. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within the city’s budget.
