Kalamazoo Avenue Retail

Kentwood, MIPartnering with NorthStar Commercial, CD Barnes Construction assisted with the land acquisition and development of a new retail center on a uniquely shaped piece of property within the thriving retail corridor of Kalamazoo Avenue just south of M-6. Due to the varying elevations of the site the project called for extensive excavation and retaining wall work in order to maximize the parking area. Working with the retail center’s first two tenants, Tropical Smoothie and Great Clips, CD Barnes completed the build-outs on time and on budget.
