Comstock Park, Grand Rapids, Ionia & Kentwood, MICD Barnes Construction has built four Jimmy John’s locations in Michigan. All have been tenant build-outs in existing locations, each presenting different degrees of complexity. All of the projects have had two things in common: we had to rigorously adhere to Jimmy John’s corporate design standards and deliver within very tight timelines. Using elevated ceilings, bright lights and open layouts we have been able to deliver eateries that feel much larger than they are—within standards and on-time.
