Grand Rapids, MIThis three-level, 17,500 square foot building is the headquarters for the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids. It includes a full-service library and bookstore, nearly 2,000 square feet of presentation space and a conference center with seating capacity for over 200 people. The building’s three levels are served by an elevator and a grand stair from the lower to main levels. Above the grand stair, in the pyramid-shaped atrium, is a 20 square foot skylight and a series of balconies with interior columns that form hallways on the two upper levels.
