Heritage Meadows
Location
Otsego Township, MICreating affordable housing for the Otsego community was the ultimate goal of this multi-family development. The ten duplex style houses consist of one, two and three-bedroom floor plans. Each unit features a private entrance, covered front porch, rear patio/deck, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher and central air conditioning. The project required extensive site work including utilities, landscaping, irrigation and construction of a new service road; even so, the project was completed in less than one year.
