Grand Rapids, MI

Hot Mama, a high-end chic boutique that offers trendy, yet age-appropriate clothing for moms on the go, called East Grand Rapids home for several years. Eventually they outgrew their space and the retailer opted for a new location and a new name. The company changed their name to Evereve and chose a spot in the Breton Village Mall.

After CD Barnes built a 24,840 square foot retail center at Breton Village Mall, Evereve was the first tenant to secure a space in the building. Evereve’s buildout included a large sales floor, seven dressing rooms, an employee break room, kitchenette, stock room, office and restrooms.
