Grand Rapids, MICWD Real Estate hired CD Barnes as the Construction Manager tasked with delivering a new single-story shopping center located at the corner of Burton and Breton in Grand Rapids. The slab-on-grade building features terra cotta siding accents, brick masonry, aluminum storefronts and an outdoor turf area for yoga.
Before the center was complete, two tenants had signed contracts for the new space. The first tenant which was new to the Grand Rapids market, was the athletic apparel retailer, Lululemon Athletica. The second store was Evereve, a boutique known for providing trendy, yet age-appropriate clothing for moms on the go.
