Grand Rapids, Michigan, January 25, 2016 – Having great success with their current Italian Ristorante and Sports Bar, the local Uccello’s Hospitality Group is launching a new restaurant concept, an upscale fast casual pizzeria that features an authentic Italian look and feel.  “It’s a great blend of the trendy fast casual concept, but with the grassroots of the Uccello story; bringing true Italian flavor, handcrafted, in a city that loves honest food,” Elida Omerkic, Marketing Director of Uccello’s Hospitality Group informed us of the vision behind Herb & Fire.

Uccello’s, having partnered with CD Barnes Construction numerous times in the past, is working with the local contractor to complete the build-out of their new restaurant called Herb & Fire.
