Grand Rapids, Michigan, March 5, 2015 — In 2008, Transnation Title Agency began with eight office locations around West Michigan, they have now grown to have over twenty office locations…and are about to have one more. Transnation Title has contracted CD Barnes Construction to complete their tenant space at 4735 Lake Michigan Drive in Walker.

The 1,500 square foot build-out will be home to two conference rooms, two offices, a break room, waiting area, copy room and restroom. Following selective demolition, construction will consist of mechanical and electrical upgrades, updates to doors, frames and hardware, new millwork and countertops, a fresh coat of paint and the installation of new flooring.
