Engineered Heating & Cooling Receives Award From CD Barnes Construction

Grand Rapids, Michigan, February 13, 2020 – Engineered Heating & Cooling is CD Barnes’ first Key To Our Success Award winner for the new year. Established in 2016 to recognize subcontractors who have gone above and beyond expectations to ensure the success of a project, the award signifies the direct relationship between the efforts of the subcontractor and the general contractor.

The HVAC contractor was nominated by CD Barnes’ Project Manager, John Maycroft and Site Manager, Jonathan Stoner, for their work on The Reserve at Oxford project. The apartment project had a very tight schedule, and “Engineered Heating & Cooling was very schedule-conscious. Their office supported their field staff to resolve issues quickly, which helped our team maintain our schedule,” stated John. Site Manager for The Reserve at Oxford project, Jonathan also added, “the Engineered crew adhered to our strict safety programs onsite, made our progress meetings a priority by attending each meeting and coordinated their work with other trades proactively.” Kudos to Engineered Heating & Cooling for being the Key To Our Success!
