Grand Rapids, Michigan, August 6, 2014 — CD Barnes Construction is pleased to announce their selection as the construction management partner for the new SarahCare Adult Day Center. SarahCare will be located at 2211 East Beltline in the Northridge Center.

“Having constructed the shell of the building, CD Barnes Construction is excited to also complete the 8,378 square foot build-out for the SarahCare location,” shared Todd Oosting, Executive President of CD Barnes Construction. “SarahCare is a unique company designed to offer services to seniors, and we look forward to providing a great space for them to fulfill their mission.”

The SarahCare space will include a welcome desk at the front, an activity room, living room, dining room, kitchen and food service area, exercise room and beauty salon for client use. Additional space for offices and a conference room will also be completed for Caregiver Support Groups which will be free and offered to the community.

Construction of the tenant space will begin immediately and is expected to be complete in about nine weeks.
