 Build To Suit/Lease Back
C.D. Barnes Associates offers a Build to Suit Program, which gives you the ability to have one source - from the initial conceptual ideas to receiving the keys for occupancy - for their building. We will do everything from site selection to design to actual construction. In turn, we then lease the building back to the client. This allows the client the ability to have very few out-of-pocket expenses for a new, customized building tailored to their needs. It also allows them complete control over location, design and timing. Every firm that offers Build to Suit services has a unique approach, and we hope this gives you an insight into our approach.
